Welcome! Serialist is a personal TV and movie tracker for iOS - calendar of new episodes, AI picks for your mood, lists, and progress tracking. This page covers the most common questions and how to reach us.

We usually reply within 1-3 business days. Please include your iOS version, device model, and a short description of the issue.
Open the Search tab, type a title, tap any result, then tap "Add to list" and pick a list (or create a new one). You can also paste a free-form description into AI search and add titles from the recommendations.
Open a series, expand a season, and tap the circle next to an episode to mark it watched. The next-up indicator updates automatically. You can also mark a whole season at once from its header.
The calendar only shows episodes for series you actively follow (those in any of your lists with status that triggers tracking). Add at least one airing series to a list, pull-to-refresh on the Calendar tab, and dates should appear within a few seconds.
Push notifications about new episodes are a Premium feature.
Go to Profile -> Sign in with Apple or Google. Once signed in on two devices with the same account, your lists, watched-episode progress, and history sync automatically. Sync is part of the Premium tier.
On the new device, go to the paywall (any "Premium" prompt or Profile -> Subscription) and tap "Restore purchases". The App Store will re-validate your active subscription against the same Apple ID. If nothing happens, check that you are signed into the App Store with the Apple ID that originally bought the subscription.
You describe what you want in natural language ("a thriller for tonight", "like Severance but softer"), and the App produces a curated list using an AI model from OpenRouter combined with metadata from TMDB.
If you hit the daily limit on the Free tier, you may be offered a rewarded ad to unlock an extra search.
Ads are shown only on the Free tier and only between cards in lists, calendar, and after AI search results. Subscribe to Ad-free or Premium to remove all ads.
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by Serialist. Open iOS Settings -> tap your name at the top -> Subscriptions -> Serialist -> Cancel subscription. You will keep access until the end of the current billing period.
In the App: Profile -> Account -> Delete account. This removes your synced lists, watched-episode progress, and account from our backend within 30 days. If you are unable to use the in-app option, email djok69@gmail.com from the email associated with your account.
All show and movie metadata, including images, is provided by TMDB. Serialist is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.

Обычно отвечаем в течение 1-3 рабочих дней. В письме укажи версию iOS, модель устройства и кратко опиши проблему.
Открой вкладку «Поиск», введи название, тапни на результат, затем «Добавить в список» и выбери список (или создай новый). Также можно описать настроение в AI-поиске и добавить тайтлы прямо из подборки.
Открой сериал, разверни сезон и тапни на кружок рядом с эпизодом - он отметится как просмотренный. Индикатор «следующий эпизод» обновится автоматически. Можно отметить весь сезон сразу из его заголовка.
В календаре показываются эпизоды только тех сериалов, которые ты активно отслеживаешь (находятся в списке со статусом, который запускает трекинг). Добавь хотя бы один идущий сериал в список, потяни вниз для обновления календаря - даты появятся через пару секунд.
Push о новых эпизодах - Premium-фича.
«Профиль» -> «Войти через Apple» или «Войти через Google». После входа на двух устройствах с одним аккаунтом списки, прогресс по эпизодам и история синхронизируются автоматически. Синхронизация входит в Premium.
На новом устройстве открой пейволл (любая кнопка про Premium или «Профиль» -> «Подписка») и тапни «Восстановить покупки». App Store повторно проверит твою активную подписку под тем же Apple ID. Если ничего не происходит - убедись, что в App Store ты вошёл под тем же Apple ID, под которым покупал подписку.
Ты описываешь, что хочешь, обычным текстом («триллер на вечер», «как Severance, но мягче»), а Приложение собирает подборку через AI-модель в OpenRouter поверх метаданных TMDB.
На бесплатном тарифе при превышении лимита можно посмотреть rewarded-видео и получить дополнительный поиск.
Реклама показывается только на бесплатном тарифе - между карточками в списках, календаре и после AI-подборок. Подписка «Без рекламы» или Premium убирает всю рекламу.
Подписками управляет Apple, не Serialist. Открой iOS «Настройки» -> тапни своё имя сверху -> «Подписки» -> Serialist -> «Отменить подписку». Доступ сохранится до конца оплаченного периода.
В Приложении: «Профиль» -> «Аккаунт» -> «Удалить аккаунт». Это сотрёт твои синхронизированные списки, прогресс и аккаунт из бэкенда в течение 30 дней. Если не получается удалить из приложения - напиши на djok69@gmail.com с email'а, привязанного к аккаунту.
Все метаданные сериалов и фильмов, включая постеры, предоставлены TMDB. Serialist не сертифицирован и не одобрен TMDB.
